New Mash Tun

I finally bit the bullet and invested in a new mash tun. I chose a Tun from Stout Tanks and Kettles of Portland Oregon. I also have one of their conical fermenters, which has served me well over the past two years; although, it did take me a year to figure out I was putting the lid seal on backwards/upside down.

My old tun, a 10 gallon Rubbermaid beverage cooler, fell off a garbage can at the end of a brew day, and cracked right where the valve enters, so it was either another beverage cooler, a converted keg, or bite the bullet and get what I really want, a Stout Tun

Looks like it has been dropped...

I have not planned a brew day yet, but am mulling over a couple things I would like to make next.
