Frank's FTS Velvet Stout

The grain bill was built around the several partial bags of specialty malt that really needed to be used, with the exception of the 3lbs freshly oven toasted Oatmeal. The idea was to get the velvety mouthfeel of Elysian's Dragonstooth Oatmeal Stout.  I think Frank's FTS turned out pretty good, only probably a little too much roast for my taste.
